The trouble is Cornwall has so many fantastic things to see and do I have already had a lot of amazing experiences and I want my Bucket List to be a list of things I genuinely haven’t done. So here is a list of thing that would have made my bucket list had I not already done them:
- Swim among the rocks at Kynance Cove
- Visit “the real” Father Christmas at Eden
- Camp at Mother Iveys Bay
- Head to the far South West and test your fitness and complete Tuff Enuff!
- Burn off mince pies at a Santa Fun Run
- Explore the Roseland via the King Harry Ferry
- Go strawberry picking at Trevaskis Farm
- Admire the Cothele Christmas Garland
- Climb all over the RNLI boats at the National Maritime Museum (Feb 2016)
- Feed the penguins at Paradise Park (February 2016)
- Be amazed at the Red Arrows display in Falmouth
- Sing Shanties at the International Sea Shanty Festival
- Try (I’m not sure you can enjoy them!) oysters at the Falmouth Oyster Festival
- Enjoy some festive family entertainment watching the Panto at Hall for Cornwall
- Check out the chef demos at Porthleven Food Festival
- Recreate scenes from Doc Martin in Port Issac
- Learn about Pastys at the Cornish Pasty Festival
- Be amazed by Tall Ships in Falmouth
- Visit the injured seals at the Gweek Seal Sanctuary
- Take the train across the Tamar Bridge
- Watch the sun go down at The Cove, Meanporth
- Stay up late to watch a Film on the Ferry
- Sample ciders at the Folk & Cider Festival (March 2015)
- Take the ferry to St Mawes
- Hide amongst the giant rhubarb at Trebah Gardens
- Kick back at relax at Potager Gardens (March 2016)
- Grab a coffee at Gylly Cafe (March 2016)
